When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and site maintenance. It is not used to identify individual visitors.
Data handling for IT CloudLink clients is governed by your Master Service Agreement and, for covered healthcare entities, a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) under HIPAA. Those obligations are separate from and independent of this site's privacy practices.
Contact form submissions are retained by IT CloudLink LLC as long as necessary for business record-keeping. No individual analytics records exist to delete.
